AJ 4 Retro ‘Cavs’ 308497-027

Released in 2012, the AJ 4 Retro ‘Cavs’ 308497-027 celebrates the 23rd anniversary of Michael Jordan’s series-winning shot against Cleveland in the 1989 NBA Playoffs. Its black nubuck upper establishes a stealthy foundation for the energetic Safety Orange and Game Royal palette.

Game Royal appears on the molded eyelets, lining and midsole, while Safety Orange highlights the lace hardware, tongue branding and outsole. Signature AJ4 features—including mesh side panels, supportive wings and a padded high-cut tongue—preserve the recognizable character of Tinker Hatfield’s original design.

Visible Nike Air cushioning helps absorb impact at the heel, while the multi-directional rubber outsole provides durable traction. Combining basketball history with a vivid team-inspired color scheme, the AJ 4 Retro ‘Cavs’ 308497-027 remains a memorable choice for collectors and retro Jordan enthusiasts.
